i am 250 pounds 5 foot 9
and my fiance is 350 and 5 foot 9

were planning a wedding in may and need to lose weight fast in easy and healthy ways
but i don’t want to get into something that wont work
how do we go about losing the weight?
please help us with some advice :)

Eating a healthy balanced diet is key in losing weight and in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. First eliminate all fast food, processed food, meals high in saturated fat, sodas (regular and diet), and simple starches (white rice, white bread, etc.) Try eating 5-6 smalls meals every day; a meal every three hours or so. Make sure that there is at least 20 grams of protein in each meal and consume as many vegetables as you want. Simple and complex carbohydrates are great to have in the morning and afternoon because they will fuel your day, but stay away from them after 6pm because you’re body will not have enough time to burn those calories and sugars – they will be stored as fat.

Your diet should consist of these foods: lean meats (chicken, fish, turkey, flank steak), whole grains (brown rice, oatmeal, wheat bread, wheat pasta), a wide variety of vegetables, low glycemic fruits (strawberries, apples, oranges, bananas, berries), and healthy fats in moderation (nuts, olive oil, legumes, eggs). When preparing your meals, make sure to avoid tons of dressings, butter, excessive oils, etc. Stick with the basics but apply small amounts of salt, pepper, and as much herbs as you want for seasoning. Use a grille or lightly sautee your meal in olive oil whenever you can.

Mixing this healthy diet with cardio five times a week and resistance training at least three times a week = you’ll be seeing some wonderful results. Good luck and congratulations on your engagement and soon to be marriage =)

My brothers wedding is in 3 weeks and i want to look good in my dress, but lately i have been gaining a lot of weight. i need a healthy diet (or not even a diet) plan. i want to lose a few pounds for the dress, but not to go extreme.
