is it any good?
does it really work?
what other e-diets are really good for losing 60 pounds by august?

The wedding day diet is when you lose 120 pounds quickly by leaving her at the alter.

I am getting married in May and want to know when I need to start my diet. I am 5ft4 and weigh 9 stone. I want to loose about half a stone and don’t know when I need to start dieting. P.S does anyone have any tips on how to loose weight?

You may start Just one day before weeding day.

Tip for you, You may start running in your city on Wedding day and your family will also start running after you. It will really great fun as well as if you run full day, Your weight will definite losing.

have a nice day and nice dream.

Hi everyone,

I am getting married this October and I am wanting to lose pregnancy weight plus some, between 40-50 pounds by October. I had a c-section in December, but have now been cleared by my doctor to start working out again, I have started my own diet and work out plan, could you all look at it and tell me what I should add, take out, etc… and if you think I will be able to lose the weight if I stick to the play. I will list my diet below (I have ordered the Full Bar diet, which each full bar has about 150 cals and 1 g of fat)

DIET:

BREAKFAST – 1 Yoplait lite yogurt & and apple

LUNCH – 1 full bar w/ 16 oz of water then 30 mins later I will eat either
-a campbell’s select harvest soup and 10 baby carrots
-or- a baby spinach leave and feta cheese salad with 1 grilled
chicken breast

DINNER – 1 full bar w/ water then 30 mins later I’ll eat either
– baked salmon filet w/ steamed broccoli sprinkled
w/parmeasan cheese
-or- select harvest soup and a small salad

SNACKS: 1 Grapefruit & either carrot sticks or celery sticks with ranch for dipping.

I also drink at least 64 oz of water each day.

THE WORKOUT

I work out 6 days a week (I take Sunday off to recover)

Treadmill at 3.0 w/ a 5% incline, I do 30 mins and the start of my workout and 30 mins at the end of my workout, totalling 1 hour.

I then use the toning machines my gym offers, There are a total of 8 machines and it takes about an hour to complete the circuit.

Well that’s it. What do you all think? Thanks so much for taking the time out of your day to take a look at my question! Have a great week!!

It sounds pretty good.

I’ve struggled with some weight issues and my nutritionist suggested the following meal plan:

Breakfast: serving of dairy, serving of complex carbs, and a serving of fruit.
An example of this would be: 1 cup of cooked oatmeal, 1 cup Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt, 1 apple

Lunch: Serving dairy, fruit (or vegetables), protein, fat, complex carb
Example: 3-4 oz of lean meat, salad, slice of cheese, 2 tbs salad dressing, two pieces of bread
-Your lunch sounds great! You might want to add 5-10 almonds or some salad dressing

Snack: Fruit, vegetables, cheese and crackers, celery and nut butter, a handful of nuts, etc

Dinner: Same format as lunch. Your dinner looks great. I’m a big fan of salmon. I prefer salmon to other meats, but that’s just me. You could also have a glass of fat free milk with dinner. It’s very important to get enough calcium.

I definitely think you will be able to lose the weight. As far as exercise, feel free to change it up. I really gained strength and lost weight by walking on the treadmill at a moderate pace with a really high incline.
Be careful with the toning machines. Make sure each muscle group has at least a day of rest. For example, if you focus on arms, make sure you focus on something else the next day. Monday, Wednesday, Friday could be upper body, and the other days lower body. Start off slow. You don’t want to take on too much exercise at once. There’s always the danger of pushing yourself too hard even if you thnk you are fine. Take it easy for the first few weeks and really listen to your body. If you are exhausted, make sure to rest or decrease the intensity of your workouts. Good luck!

I just had my daughter 3 weeks ago and am getting married in 6 months! I have to lose my baby weight before the wedding! Any good dieting tips? Especially for after having a baby! THANKS!

breastfeed till a few weeks before you get married, that will use your extra fat stores your body created for it…

Also, only drink water, no fast food, no soda, just eat fresh vegies and fruit and lean meats, chicken fish turkey

always eat breakfast within 45mins of waking up and have a glass of water.

try to get 30mins of exerise per day, take bubs out walking in the buggie.

Hey all,

how many of you have been, or are on a wedding day diet?

if so, how did you get on, and what approach did you take?
how much did you hope to/actually lose?

My Wedding is in 6 months (a bit short notice from the lovely fiance, but thats men and I can’t wait!) and I hope to lose around 2 stone… or 30lbs.

it may be an idea for us that are, to kinda support each other with ideas and tips etc… regular updates on how were doing, just to nudge each other along…

what’d ya think?

Hi, Congrats! I’m hoping to lose 20lbs by Sept. and in the last 2 weeks I’ve lost 8. We’re having a contest at work there are 67 people in it and we have weekly weigh ins. I’ve been watching my diet; I switched my sausage breakfast biscuits for multi grain english muffins, for lunch or dinner I have salads, tuna cups, whole grains crackers, South Beach Diet prepackaged lunches, Progresso’s 0 weigh watcher point soups….I’ve got a pretty good variety : ) My Fiance and I also take about a 3 mile walk together several times a week and I work out while I’m watching t.v. instead of vegging on the couch. Anyway, I think the contest thing would be fun for you two to do together – weigh in every week and the winner after each weigh in could get a massage from the loser or the loser could have to do the laundry…..I find making things competitive make them more fun and I’ll work harder.
